Students Are Now Able to Go Back To SchoolAll across the country, students seem to be facing unprecedented challenges. An article published by NBC News titled "Elementary students in L.A. can return to school, health officials say" shows a study that surveyed 75,000 students from 2018 to 2020, and in the fall of 2020 alone found that over 56% of students said their stress related to school increased compared to the time before Coronavirus. To try to get things a little bit more normal for students, officials claim that elementary schools will be permitted to reopen for in-class instruction.

Los Angeles became the first county to hit 1 million COVID-19 cases. Still, as the number of new coronavirus infections continues to decline, elementary students could return to their public school classrooms. Many of the surveyed students claim their concentration levels have dropped significantly, as well as their relationship with their friends and teachers.

Hoping everything will improve, health officials published a study showing that schools can reopen safely if the proper protocols are followed. The study also offered advice on incorporating safety measures for school administrators, city authorities, and parents. Despite some teachers refusing to return to classes until being vaccinated, it seems the reopening of schools is completely necessary.
